Diaspora Purchase Guide

Buying land back home should not depend on trust alone. This guide explains how diaspora clients can buy, pay and build remotely with verifiable records at every step.

Many diaspora buyers have been let down by incomplete documents, unverified sellers or projects that stall after payment. Our process is built around documentation, visibility and a single point of contact so you can invest from anywhere in the world.

Step 1 — Define your goal

Decide whether you are buying land to hold, to build now, or both. Share your budget, preferred location and timeline with your Mabsa advisor. We will recommend verified options in Konza Technopolis, Kajiado, Makindu, Malindi or Nanyuki.

Step 2 — Verify before you pay

  • Registry search and title review
  • Beacon and site confirmation
  • Check for encumbrances and outstanding rates
  • Written verification report shared with you

Step 3 — Choose a payment plan

We structure a clear installment plan with dates and amounts. Every payment is receipted, and you can track your balance through the client portal.

Step 4 — Complete documentation

We guide you through the sale agreement, transfer documents and registration. Where you cannot sign in person, your advocate can advise on the lawful options available to you.

Step 5 — Build with oversight

If you are building, our site engineers supervise the works, share progress photos and update you at each milestone. You do not need to fly home to know what is happening on site.

Step 6 — Receive your title

Once the transfer is registered, your title deed is processed and handed over to you or your appointed representative.
