3. Property information

We aim to keep listings and project details accurate and up to date. However, images, prices, sizes and availability may change without notice. Any information on this site is for general guidance and does not by itself constitute a legally binding offer.

4. Prices and payment plans

Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings unless stated otherwise. Payment plans, reservation terms and any applicable fees are confirmed in your written sale agreement. Only payments made to officially communicated Mabsa Group accounts should be considered valid.

5. Reservations and purchases

A reservation is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and receive the agreed deposit. The full terms of any purchase — including completion, transfer and default — are set out in the sale agreement.

6. Title and verification

We verify ownership and title status before recommending a purchase, but buyers are encouraged to obtain independent legal advice. Registration of transfer is subject to the relevant lands office and statutory requirements.

7. Construction services

Construction and supervision services are provided under a separate written agreement that defines scope, timelines, materials, payments and warranties. Website descriptions are indicative only.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Mabsa Group Agency Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of liability
